resepi yang amat ringkas tetapi mampu menaikkan selera untuk makan bertambah

Bahan-bahannya:
250 gm lengkuas (parut)
1 kg ayam
1 1/2 liter santan

Bahan-bahan kisar:
8 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
4 cm kunyit hidup
4 tangkai cili merah
1 cm halia
2 sudu besar biji ketumbar
3 sudu besar minyak
garam secukup rasa


Cara menyediakannya:

Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bahan kisar hingga naik bau.
Masukkan lengkuas parut.masukkan ayam dan tutup periuk
Renehkan di atas api yang keciolBila ayam sudah kecut, tuangkan santan
Masukkan garam dan biarkan ayam sehingga masak.
